All information submitted will be confidential. Names and addresses will not be shared, sold or otherwise given to anyone for any purpose other than the conduct of the History Project. Idea submissions are not considered proprietary works. All projects accepted for submission remain the property of the author. By participating, the author grants HCO, LLC and the City of Centralia license to publish the submission in the City Guide. Neither HCO, LLC nor the City of Centralia will be liable for any unauthorized use of submitted material once published. No warrant is given or implied as to the duration any submission will be published, if at all.
