The City of Centralia has an ordinance to govern the display of banners within the rights-of-way of Centralia. Applications for a banner permit will only be accepted from non-religious, non-political civic organizations advertising community events.

Your application must be submitted at least 60 days prior to your event, so please plan ahead.
